United States of America: Extension of definitive antidumping duties on imports of 1-hydroxyethylidene-1, 1-diphosphonic acid from China

In April 2016, the United States initiated an antidumping investigation on imports of 1-hydroxyethylidene-1, 1-diphosphonic acid from China. In November 2016, a provisional duty was imposed.  In May 2017, a definitive duty was imposed. In April 2022, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in December 2022. In December 2024, an anti-circumvention investigation on imports from China was initiated. In May 2025, a provisional anti-circumvention duty on imports from China was imposed.
