United States of America: Extension of definitive countervailing duties on imports of 1-Hydroxyethylidene-1,1-diphosphonic acid from China

In April 2016, the United States initiated an anti-subsidy investigation on imports of 1-Hydroxyethylidene-1,1-diphosphonic acid from China. In September 2016, a provisional duty was imposed. In May 2017, a definitive duty was imposed. In April 2022, a sunset review was initiated the definitive duty was extended for a new period in December 2022. In December 2024, an anti-circumvention investigation on imports from China was initiated. In May 2025, a provisional anti-circumvention duty on imports from China was imposed.
