United States of America: Definitive antidumping duties on imports of certain polyethylene terephthalate resin from Canada, China, India and Oman

In August 2015, the United States initiated an antidumping investigation on imports of certain polyethylene terephthalate resin from Canada, China, India and Oman. In October 2015, a provisional duty was imposed. In May 2016, a definitive duty was imposed. In March 2021, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in April 2022.
