United States of America: Extension of definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of steel concrete reinforcing bar from Mexico, as well as termination of duty on imports from Turkiye

In October 2013, the United States initiated an anti-dumping investigation on imports of steel concrete reinforcing bar from Mexico and Turkiye. In April 2014, a provisional duty was imposed on imports from Mexico and Turkiye. In September 2014, the provisional duty was terminated on imports from Turkiye. In November 2014, a definitive duty was imposed on imports from Mexico. In April 2019, a sunset review was initiated on imports from Mexico, and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in October 2020. In September 2025, a sunset review was initiated on imports from Mexico and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in April 2026.
