United States of America: Termination of definitive antidumping duty on imports of high pressure steel cylinders from China

In June 2011, the United States initiated an antidumping investigation on imports of crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, whether or not assembled into modules from China. In December 2011, a provisional duty was imposed. In June 2012, a definitive duty was imposed. In May 2017, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in December 2017. In November 2022, a sunset review was initiated. In January 2023, the definitive duty was terminated.
