United States of America: Extension of antidumping duty on imports of multilayered wood flooring from China

In November 2010, the United States initiated an antidumping investigation on imports of multilayered wood flooring from China. In May 2011, a provisional duty was imposed. In December 2011, a definitive duty was imposed. In November 2016, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in January 2018. In December 2022, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in July 2023.
