In November 2010, the United States initiated an anti-subsidy investigation on imports of multilayered wood flooring from China. In April 2011, a provisional duty was imposed. In December 2011, a definitive duty was imposed. In November 2016, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in January 2018. In December 2022, a sunset review was initiated.
