United States of America: Extension of antidumping duty on imports of certain potassium phosphate salts from China

In October 2009, the United States initiated an antidumping investigation on imports of certain potassium phosphate salts from China. In March 2010, a provisional duty was imposed. In July 2010, a definitive duty was imposed. In June 2015, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in December 2015. In November 2020, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in July 2021.
