United States of America: Extension of countervailing duty on imports of certain sodium and potassium phosphate salts from China

In October 2009, the United States initiated an anti-subsidy investigation on imports of certain sodium and potassium phosphate salts from China. In March 2010, a provisional duty was imposed on imports of certain potassium phosphate salts from China. In July 2010, a definitive duty was imposed. In October 2015, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in December 2015. In November 2020, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in July 2021.
