United States of America: Extension of anti-dumping duties on imports of glycine from India, Japan and Thailand

In April 2018, the United States initiated an anti-dumping investigation on imports of glycine from India, Japan and Thailand. In October 2018, a provisional duty was imposed from Japan and India. In June 2019, a definitive duty was imposed on India and Japan. In October 2019, a definitive duty was imposed on Thailand. In May 2024, a sunset review was initiated, and the definitive duty on imports from India, Japan and Thailand was extended for a new period in November 2024.
