United States of America: Extension of definitive anti-dumping duties on imports of stainless steel flanges from China and India

In September 2017, the United States initiated an anti-dumping investigation on imports of stainless steel flanges from China and India. The investigation is still in progress. In March 2018, a provisional duty was imposed. The investigation is still in progress. In August 2018, a definitive duty was imposed on China. In October 2018, a definitive duty was imposed on India. In May 2023, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in October 2023.
