United States of America: Extension of definitive countervailing duties on imports of stainless steel flanges from China and India

In September 2017, the United States initiated an anti-subsidy investigation on imports of stainless steel flanges from China and India. The investigation is still in progress. In January 2018, a provisional duty was imposed. The investigation is still in progress. In June 2018, a definitive duty was imposed on China. In October 2018, a definitive duty was imposed on India. In 1 May 2023, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in October 2023.
