United States of America: Definitive antidumping duties on imports of finished carbon steel flanges from India, Spain and Italy

In July 2016, the United States initiated an antidumping investigation on imports of finished carbon steel flanges from India, Italy and Spain. Notably, on the same day, a countervailing investigation on the subject good was initiated, see related state act. In February 2017, a provisional duty was imposed. In June 2017, a definitive duty was imposed on Spain. In August 2017, a definitive duty was imposed on India and Italy. In May 2022, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in December 2022.
