United States of America: Extension of antidumping duty on imports of melamine from China (Termination of duty for imports from Trinidad and Tobago)

In December 2014, the United States initiated an antidumping investigation on imports of melamine from China and Trinidad and Tobago. In June 2015, a provisional duty was imposed on Trinidad and Tobago. In June 2015, a provisional duty was imposed on China. In December 2015, the definitive duty was terminated from Trinidad and Tobago. In December 2015, a definitive duty was imposed on China. In November 2020, a sunset review was initiated on China and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in July 2021.
