United States of America: Extension of anti-dumping duty on imports of certain cut-to-length carbon-quality steel plate from India, Indonesia, and Rep of Korea (Termination of duty for imports from Italy, and Japan)

In November 2010, a sunset review was initiated for imports from India, Indonesia, Italy, Japan and Rep. of Korea and the definitive duty was extended for imports from India, Indonesia, and Rep. of Korea for a new period in January 2012. In January 2012, the definitive duty was terminated for imports from Italy, and Japan. In December 2016, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in March 2018 for imports from India, Indonesia, and Rep. of Korea. In February 2023, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in August 2023.
