United States of America: Extension of countervailing duty on imports of certain cut-to-length carbon-quality steel plate from India, Indonesia and Rep. of Korea (Termination of duty on imports from Italy)

In November 2010, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in January 2012. In January 2012, the sunset review was terminated from Italy. In December 2016, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in March 2018. In February 2023, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive countervailing duty was extended for a new period in August 2023.
