United States of America: Extension of antidumping duty on imports of certain magnesia carbon bricks from China and Mexico

In August 2009, the United States initiated an antidumping investigation on imports of certain magnesia carbon bricks from China and Mexico. In March 2010, a provisional duty was imposed from China and Mexico. In September 2010, a definitive duty was imposed. In August 2015, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in February 2016. In January 2021, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in August 2021.
