United States of America: Extension of countervailing duty on imports of certain magnesia carbon bricks from China

In August 2009, the United States initiated an anti-subsidy investigation on imports of certain magnesia carbon bricks from China. In December 2009, a provisional duty was imposed. In September 2010, a definitive duty was imposed. In August 2015, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in February 2016. In January 2021, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in August 2021.
