In March 2009, a provisional duty was imposed. In September 2009, a definitive duty was imposed. In August 2014, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in March 2015. In February 2020, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in October 2015. In September 2025, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in April 2026.
