United States of America: Extension of countervailing duty on imports of certain kitchen appliance shelving and racks from China

In January 2009, a provisional duty was imposed. The investigation is still in progress. In September 2009, a definitive duty was imposed. In August 2014, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in March 2015. In January 2020, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in October 2020. In September 2025, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in April 2026.
