United States of America: Definitive countervailing duties on imports of certain corrosion-resistant steel products from China, India, Italy, Rep. of Korea and Chinese Taipei

In June 2015, the United States initiated an anti-subsidy investigation on imports of certain corrosion-resistant steel products from China, India, Italy, Rep. of Korea and Chinese Taipei. Notably, on the same day, an antidumping investigation on the subject good was initiated, see related state act. In November 2015, a provisional duty was imposed. In June 2016, the definitive duty was terminated from Chinese Taipei. In July 2016, a definitive duty was imposed. In June 2021, a sunset review was initiated. In March 2026, an anti-circumvention investigation on imports from Indonesia was initiated. In April 2026, an anti-circumvention investigation on imports from Thailand was initiated.
