Switzerland: Introduction of trade restrictions and financial sanctions towards Russia

In March 2022, the Swiss government introduced new sanctions towards Russia following the attack on Ukraine. The sanctions include an export ban on luxury goods and energy sector equipment, an import ban on steel and iron products, and several financial sanctions.
