Sri Lanka: Cess on import of packaging film, wet tissues, and sanitary towels amended

On 21 January 2014, Sri Lanka amended the import cess on certain items. *the customs value considered for these purposes is the aggregate of the value determined for customs purposes and 10% of such value.
