In September 2014, the Council of the Eurasian Economic Union initiated a new antidumping investigation and a definitive duty was imposed in December 2015. In August 2020, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended in June 2021. In March 2022, an anti-circumvention investigation on imports from China was initiated. In May 2023, the definitive duty was extended to imports from China following the conclusion of an anti-circumvention investigation. In November 2025, a sunset review was initiated.
