Thailand: Termination of definitive safeguard duty on imports of certain types of hot-rolled steel flat products

In November 2012, the government of Thailand initiated a new safeguard investigation and definitive duties were imposed in September 2013. In March 2016, the definitive duty was extended for a new period following the conclusion of a sunset review. Following the conclusion of a second sunset review initiated in July 2018, the definitive duty was terminated in February 2019.
