In April 2026, the Government of Pakistan issued Valuation Ruling 2069/2026, raising the minimum customs assessment values for imports of polyester filament yarn (drawn textured yarn and fully drawn yarn), superseding Publication Valuation Ruling 60/2025 of July 2025.
