In April 2026, HBOR, Croatian Bank for Reconstruction and Development, announced EUR 411 million to support investments in the digital and green transition, as well as the defence sector. The funding comes from a capital injection by Croatia's government into HBOR, which was approved by the European Commission on the same day.
