In August 2025, the Korean authorities initiated an anti-dumping investigation on imports of polyvinyl chloride paste resin from Germany, France, Norway, and Sweden. The investigation is still in progress. In February 2026, a provisional duty was imposed. In August 2026, a definitive duty was imposed.
