Peru: Extension of definitive antidumping duty on imports of biodiesel from the United States of America

In July 2009, the government of Peru initiated a new anti-dumping investigation. In November 2009, a provisional duty was imposed and in June 2010 a definitive duty was imposed. In December 2016, the definitive duty was extended following the conclusion of a sunset review. In February 2020, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in December 2020.
