Brazil: Extension of definitive antidumping duty on imports of polyethylene terephthalate from China and India (Termination of definitive antidumping duty from Chinese Taipei and Indonesia)

In April 2015, the government of Brazil initiated an antidumping investigation. In September 2016, a definitive duty was imposed. In November 2021, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive antidumping duties were extended for a new period from India and China and were terminated from Indonesia and Chinese Taipei in November 2022.
