In August 2025, Alat, a Saudi Public Investment Fund company, completed a 15% strategic equity investment in TK Elevator and finalised a EUR 160 million joint venture for the local manufacturing and provision of elevator and escalator solutions in Saudi Arabia and the MENA region.
