In November 2014, the government of India initiated a new anti-dumping investigation and a definitive duty was imposed in April 2016. In August 2020, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in April 2021. In September 2025, a sunset review on imports from Malaysia, South Africa and the United States was initiated.
