In April 2025, the United States initiated an antidumping investigation on imports of monomers and oligomers from Chinese Taipei and the Republic of Korea. In September 2025, a provisional duty was imposed on imports from Chinese Taipei. In January 2026, a provisional duty was imposed on imports from the Republic of Korea. The investigation is still in progress.
