United States of America: Definitive antidumping duty on imports of monomers and oligomers from Chinese Taipei and a provisional duty on imports from the Republic of Korea

In April 2025, the United States initiated an antidumping investigation on imports of monomers and oligomers from Chinese Taipei and the Republic of Korea. In September 2025, a provisional duty was imposed on imports from Chinese Taipei. In January 2026, a provisional duty was imposed on imports from the Republic of Korea. In March 2026, a definitive duty on imports from Chinese Taipei was imposed. The investigation concerning imports from the Republic of Korea is still in progress.
