In January 2025, the Japan Bank for International Cooperation signed a EUR 42 million (USD 43.68 million) agreement with TD Deutsche Klimakompressor GmbH, a German subsidiary of Toyota Industries Corporation, to support the manufacturing and sales of electric compressors for the Japanese market.
