Thailand: Termination of definitive safeguard duty on imports of certain types of non alloy hot rolled steel flat products

In January 2014, the government of Thailand initiated a new safeguard investigation. In 2014 a definitive safeguard duty was imposed and in 2017 it was extended for a period of three years. In January 2020, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was terminated in June 2020.
