In December 2024, the Vietnam Development Bank (VDB) signed credit contracts with Vietnam Expressway Corporation (VEC) and Hoa Binh-Xuan Mai Company worth VND 2.875 trillion (USD 112.91 million) in total to finance the companies' project.
