In November 2024, the United States initiated an antidumping investigation on imports of paper file folders from Cambodia and Sri Lanka. In May 2025, a provisional duty was imposed on imports from Sri Lanka. In September 2025, a definitive duty was imposed on imports from Sri Lanka. The investigation is still in progress on imports from Cambodia.
