In July 2024, the United States initiated an antidumping investigation on imports of certain brake drums from China and Türkiye. In January 2025, a provisional duty was imposed on imports from China and Türkiye. In August 2025, a definitive duty was imposed on imports from China and Türkiye. In January 2026, an anti-circumvention investigation on imports from China was initiated.
