In July 2013, the government of Turkiye initiated a sunset review and the definitive duty was extended in January 2015. In August 2015, the definitive duty was extended to imports from Bulgaria following the conclusion of an anti-circumvention investigation. In January 2020, a sunset review was initiated on imports from China, Chinese Taipei, Malaysia, the Republic of Korea and Thailand. In June 2020, an anti-circumvention investigation was initiated on imports from Spain, Italy and Germany. In January 2021 the definitive duty on imports from China, Chinese Taipei, Malaysia, the Republic of Korea and Thailand was extended for a new period. In August 2021, the definitive duty was extended to imports from Spain, Italy and Germany. In January 2026, a sunset review was initiated on imports from China, Chinese Taipei, Malaysia, the Republic of Korea and Thailand.
