In December 2023, the Export-Import (EXIM) Bank of Indonesia, in collaboration with PT Bank Central Asia (BCA), provided an IDR 1.05 trillion (USD 70 million) guaranteed loan facility to PT Indonesia Ferry Properti (IFPRO). The objective was to help the company's construction of the Meruorah Hotel and commercial services in Labuan Bajo, Indonesia.
