In November 2022, the government of the city of Saint Petersburg announced a recapitalisation of the local Industry Development Fund. The city government will make an additional RUB 2 billion (USD 34 million) available, thereby increasing the fund's total capitalisation from RUB 3.18 billion (USD 54.06 million) to RUB 5.18 billion (USD 88.06 million).
