Russia: Tariff-free importation of eggs allowed within an import tariff quota

In December 2023, the government of Russia adopted a resolution introducing an import tariff quota on eggs. According to the regulation, it will be possible to import 1.2 billion eggs tariff-free between 1 January and 30 June 2024. The normally applicable tariff rate is 15%.
