In November 2023, the Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC) signed a loan agreement of USD 12.6 million with HAL ALUMINUM MEXICO, the Mexican subsidiary of Hiroshima Aluminum Industry Co. to support its aluminium car part production and sales.
