China: Termination of definitive antidumping duty on imports of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) from Chinese Taipei, Japan, Russia, the Republic of Korea and the United States of America (termination of definitive duties on imports from Russia)

In September 2009, the government of China extended the definitive duty imposed on imports of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) from Chinese Taipei, Japan, Russia, the Republic of Korea, the United States of America and Russia. In September 2014, a sunset review was initiated. In September 2015, the duty was extended on imports of the subject good from Chinese Taipei, Japan, Russia, the Republic of Korea and the United States of America, whilst duty imposed on imports from Russia was terminated. In September 2018, a sunset review was initiated. The definitive duty was terminated in September 2019.
