In March 2009, the government of Turkiye imposed a definitive countervailing duty on imports of PET films from India. In March 2014, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in September 2015. In September 2020, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in March 2022.
