Canada: Extension of definitive antidumping and countervailing duties on imports of photovoltaic modules and laminates from China

In December 2014, the Canadian authorities initiated anti-dumping and anti-subsidy investigations on imports of photovoltaic modules and laminates from China. In March 2015, a provisional duty was imposed. In July 2015, a definitive duty was imposed. In May 2020, a sunset review was initiated, and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in March 2021. In February 2026, a sunset review was initiated.
