In September 2010, the government of Mexico initiated a sunset review and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in March 2012. In September 2015, the government of Mexico initiated a sunset review and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in September 2016. In September 2020, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in December 2021. In September 2025, a sunset review was initiated.
