Mexico: Termination of antidumping duty on imports of concrete steel nails from China

In November 2009, the government of Mexico initiated a sunset review and extended the duty for a new period in May 2011. In November 2015, the definitive duty was again extended for a new period following the conclusion of sunset review initiated in November 2014. In November 2019, a sunset review was initiated. In December 2020, the investigation was terminated.
