In November 2022, the Export Development Bank of Canada (EDC) approved financial support for a commercial transaction between Volta Energy Solutions Canada Inc and Volta Energy Solutions Canada Inc. (Borrower), Solus Advanced Materials Co., Ltd. (Guarantor), and Volta Energy Solutions S.a.r.l. (Guarantor).
