United States of America: Definitive antidumping duty on imports of mattresses from Kosovo, Mexico, Spain, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Burma, Italy, the Philippines, Poland, Slovenia, and Chinese Taipei

In August 2023, the United States initiated an antidumping investigation on imports of mattresses from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Burma, India, Italy, Kosovo, Mexico, the Philippines, Poland, Slovenia, Spain, and Chinese Taipei. In March 2024, a provisional duty on imports originating from India was imposed. In July 2024, a definitive duty was imposed on imports originating from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Burma, Italy, the Philippines, Poland, Slovenia, and Chinese Taipei. In September 2024, a definitive duty was imposed on imports originating from India, Kosovo, Mexico and Spain. In February 2026, an anti-circumvention investigations on imports from Mexico and Poland were initiated. In June 2026, the anti-circumvention investigation on imports from Poland was terminated.
